why cold pressed?

As Tennessee’s first cold pressed juicery, Juice Nashville practices a tried-and-true juicing technique that extracts key nutritional ingredients and produces a pure flavor. Our labor-intensive process uses a triturator hydraulic press to grind produce into a fine pulp, which is caught in a cloth bag. The pulp is then tediously pressed in a cold environment to preserve all of the produces’ original nutrients.

Regular commercial (centrifugal) juicers apply heat and speed to expedite the juicing process, which creates a final product that lacks original nutrients and contains murky pulp residue. With Juice Nashville, you will receive 3-5 times more nutrients than that of standard juicers.
