McKel Hill, MS, RD, LDN is a Registered Dietitian, Health & Wellness Coach, and food blogger who is the owner and food blogger at Nutrition Stripped. McKel received a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics/Human Ecology and a Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition from The Ohio State University.
McKel is a nutrition professional and advocate for getting back to basics with whole real foods, while also encouraging the flexibility with eating healthy and making it a realistic lifestyle. Her coaching passions range from sports nutrition, food allergies, gluten-free living, plant-based diets, to weight and fat loss. McKel’s mission is to empower her clients to take control of their lifestyle, reach their highest potential, succeed in feeling and looking great, and reaching their optimum level of wellness.
McKel’s food and nutrition blog, Nutrition Stripped, focuses on nutrition information and research integrated into deliciously simple recipes, which use the most natural ingredients. All recipes are plant-based, gluten free and dairy free. Nutrition Stripped mission is to help you gain knowledge of healthy food choices, nutrition, and apply them to your daily life.
Now that we have formalities and my technical background out of the way, Hi everyone! My name is McKel and I’ll be your nutrition guru/blog contributor for juice. Nashville. I’m happy to be here to share my love and passion of whole, natural, healing, and nourishing foods lifestyle. I’ll be posting here once or twice a month whether it be sharing recipes, talking about health, nutrition, or wellness; oh, and of course juice!
When Stephanie and I first met, we instantly clicked with our similar outlooks on healthy living and wellness. We met many times and chatted about how to make this happen and the future ahead with our collaboration. I’m so excited, grateful, and delighted to be a part of the juice. Nashville team.
